Our own app
Stop drifting, gently.
A quiet, anti-shame routine tracker for adults with busy brains. Build daily rituals you'll actually keep — and notice what shapes your days.
Good morning.
Ready when you are.
12-day streak · keep going
What you get
One tap to log
Today's routines as check-off cards. Tap once to complete, or open the steps for a focus mode that walks you through them with a gentle countdown.
Honest insights
"On days you logged Poor sleep, completion was 28% lower." Plain English observations — only when there's enough data to be honest.
10-second check-in
Mood, energy, focus on a 1–5 scale. Tag what disrupted your day — sleep, stress, your own custom triggers — and watch the patterns emerge.
Forgiving streaks
Miss one day, your streak freezes — it doesn't collapse. Two missed days resets it. No red exclamation marks, no shame screens, ever.
Gentle reminders
One reminder per routine per day. Quiet hours respected. No streak-loss threats — ever. ~Vutar is an ally, not a nag.
Private by design
No accounts. No tracking SDKs. No analytics. No network calls from the app itself. Export or delete everything, anytime.
Anti-shame, by design.
"People with ADHD have rejection sensitivity. The last thing we need is an app that punishes us for skipping a day."
Missed days are neutral grey, not red. Partial progress is celebrated. Milestones are quiet, one-time moments — never leaderboards. The whole product is built to feel like a kind ally, not a coach with a clipboard.
Pricing
Pick a rhythm.
No free trial — you can see the full dashboard before subscribing, so you'll know in two minutes if it's for you.
Weekly
$5.99/week
Yearly
$39.99/year
Best value — about $3.33/month, saving over 87% versus weekly.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in-app Settings → Subscription → Manage.
Your data doesn't leave your phone.
Vutar makes zero network calls for your routines, logs and check-ins — they live in an on-device store only. The App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected," because we don't. Apple processes subscriptions; we only receive anonymous start/renew/cancel events, never linked to you.
Frequently asked
Is Vutar an ADHD app?
It's built with adults with busy brains in mind — including ADHD, but not only. We don't make medical claims and we're not a diagnosis or treatment. Think of it as a calm, well-made notebook with a memory.
Why no free trial?
You can see the full dashboard before subscribing — that's our preview. We chose this over a 7-day trial because it respects your time and ours. If it's not for you, you'll know in two minutes.
What's the difference between weekly and yearly?
Nothing in features — both unlock everything. Weekly ($5.99/wk) is a short commitment for trying things out. Yearly ($39.99/yr) is the same access at ≈$3.33/month, our best value.
Will it remind me?
If you ask. Per-routine reminders go through local iOS notifications (we never see them). One reminder a day per routine, never a "you missed it" nag, and silenced during your quiet hours.
Can I export my data?
Yes — Settings → Your data → Export as JSON or CSV. Same screen has "Delete all data". No friction.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Vutar is iOS-only right now. If you want to be notified when Android lands, get in touch via our contact page.
What about iCloud sync between devices?
Not in v1. The data model is already iCloud-ready, so when we add it your data will sync via your private iCloud container — end-to-end accessible only to you. We'll never see it.
How do I cancel?
iPhone Settings → Apple ID (your name at the top) → Subscriptions → Vutar Pro → Cancel. Or, in the app: Settings → Subscription → Manage.
Vutar is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device.
